The first video is about 7 minutes and gives you an introduction or overview of the model. I suggest watching that before going through the site. If you find any other info like scholarly articles, let me know. The ones I found mentioned CBAM and some implementation of it, but the link above is a comprehesive overview of the model and its inception.
